Rules and Procedures

Participants must carry their school ID card.

Country allotments will take place between 8th and 9th July 2024.

Position papers are required for NPSYPRMUN 2024-25.

The soft copy must be emailed to npsyprgoonj@gmail.com by Monday, 15th July 2024, before 12 noon.

Participants need to bring a hard copy on the day of the event.

Formal decorum must be maintained at all times. All delegates are expected to follow the instructions of their respective Executive Board members when inside the committee.

Any conflict with a chairperson or other member should be reported to a senior member of the Organizing Committee immediately.

Delegates must dress formally on the day of the event. Female delegates should wear formal black long skirts or pants, while male delegates should wear formal black pants and white shirts. Blazers are optional.

National Public School enforces a strict anti-bullying policy. Violent or aggressive behavior and speech will not be tolerated within the school premises, and strict action will be taken immediately.

Laptops and mobile phones are allowed, provided they are kept in silent mode. All electronic devices must be fully charged and it shall be used only at the event venue.

Any use of mobile for photo and videos at the school premises is strictly prohibited.
